 - Race preparation (Tapering, Nutrition and Mental preparation)
 - Post-race analysis
 - Nutrition advice for training and racing
 - Mental preparation for training and racing
 - Regular contact via phone/text/email with minimum of once a week
 - Once a month One-to-One session


Internet Coaching:

Tri-Screening:
 - One hour session looking at technique of all disciplines
 - Swim stroke analysis
 - Bike set-up and pedal stroke analysis and efficiency
 - Running gait analysis
 - Specific drills to improve technical ability and efficiency
 - Specific exercises to increase efficiency and reduce injury
 - Advice, demonstration and description of the exercises and drills
 - Re-assessment as and when required


Strength & Conditioning:
 - Advice on correct strength & conditioning programme specific to triathlon
 - Advice on specific body and core conditioning exercises for triathlon
 - Information as to how and when to do in the training programme
