I first met Louisa in her first year as a professional triathlete. We trained together in France, Spain and Scotland and put in many hours together on the trails and the road.

Over the years, Louisa has been a source of encouragement and inspiration for me on so many levels and when I found out she was coaching, I wanted to put in a few words on her behalf.

 Louisa is someone who knows all aspects of what it takes to succeed in a sport like triathlon. She has both the academic background and personal experience required to be a top coach. Any athlete would be privileged to be coached by her, and at such a reasonable price!

Having a coach is probably the most valuable investment a triathlete can make, and investing in Louisa would be the best way to improve your performance this season.

 In the years that I have known Lou, she has encouraged me in all aspects of my life to be the best I can be. She has provided sound advice and passed on her considerable knowledge. She is someone who knows suffering first-hand and has an amazing ability to empathise and motivate.
